Privacy policy
1. Who we are
This website (point.mindmatterclub.gr) is operated by Mind Matters Club, Greece (OID E10352579), within the Erasmus+ project “To the point” (2025-1-EL02-KA152-YOU-000299679). Contact: metallinos@mindmatterclub.gr.
2. What data we process and why
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps for security and troubleshooting (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for up to 30 days.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) in Consent Mode to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are useful, so we can report the reach of the project to the European Union and the Greek National Agency. Before you choose, and if you reject, Google Analytics sets no cookies and receives only cookieless signals without identifiers (page, time, type of device); GA4 does not store IP addresses (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). Only if you accept does it use cookies to recognise repeat visits (legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a)). You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Stored in your browser only. Your language choice and the ticks on the packing list are kept in your own browser (localStorage) and are never sent to us or to anyone else.
- Applications. This website has no application form. You apply through the partner organisation in your own country, which handles your data under its own privacy policy.
- Photos and videos of participants. Images of project participants are published only with their written consent (or that of a parent or guardian for minors). If you appear in a photo and want it removed, write to metallinos@mindmatterclub.gr.
3. Recipients
